Kit Rejected
A kit rejection is when there is an issue with a kit that can't be resolved. A kit can be rejected for a few different reasons:
- The sample can't be run:
- the patient may not have provided enough sample;
- the sample may have been compromised during transit;
- Waiting too long to send your sample back to the lab;
