Do I need to set up individual contracts with Ash's labs or fulfillment centers?
No, all current lab partners are covered under your contract with Ash. Ash acts as the intermediary between our clients and partners, and thus any lab or fulfillment questions should be funneled through your client success manager or another Ash contact.
How will we be billed?
You will received automated bills. Terms are net-15 for the kitting & labs and net-7 for the postage.
What additional costs might incur, outside of increased order flow?
- Replacement orders due to address or sample issues, including insufficient quantities, or other patient error
- Alterations to the design or content of the kit that impacts fulfillment costs (materials or labor)
- Drastic, unforeseen, changes in cost of raw materials, including paper
- Drastic, unforeseen, changes in cost of shipping
Can you clarify what replacements Ash does and does not cover the cost of?
Ash covers:
- Kit replacements due to missing or wrong items in kits
- Kits lost in transit
- Kit replacements due to lab or electronic issues
Client covers:
- Kits returned to fulfillment due to failed delivery
- Kit replacements due to wrong address
- Kits rejected due to sample issues or patient errors, including insufficient quantity
